These kits ship in black, ready to finish with paint, coating or lighting. Neodymium magnets for modular attachment are not included; compatible specs are listed in the assembly guide. Designed and crafted by Hayashi Takeo in Tokyo.

Papercraft Kit FAQ

Which of the CYBER kits covers the whole head?

CYBER HEAD is the full-coverage helmet. Cyber Mech Face, Cyber Skull, Cyber Menpo and P3 are face pieces — the Cyber Menpo covers the lower face with an articulated jaw.

Do I need scissors or a craft knife?

No. Every part arrives pre-cut. The kit includes the paper parts and an elastic cord, with an illustrated assembly guide. You supply glue, which is not included.

Is the assembly guide in English?

The guide is illustrated, and the instructions are written in Japanese. The drawings show the order of assembly.

Can I paint the kit?

Yes. Kits arrive in a single flat colour and are made to be finished as you like — painted, coated or left plain. Where our photographs show a customised piece, that is for inspiration: the kit itself arrives unpainted.

How soon does a kit ship?

Kits we have in stock ship from our Tokyo shop in our weekend processing, right after your order. If a kit is out of stock it is made fresh by Hayashi Takeo and ships in about two weeks. Shipping is included in the price and tracked. For orders to the United States we prepay U.S. import duties before shipping, so there is nothing to pay on delivery; elsewhere any duties are billed to the recipient.
