Shipping Policy

Every order is shipped from Japan with full tracking. We work with established international delivery services and currently ship to 109 countries and regions, selecting the most suitable service for each destination and order — so the service used may vary, but the standard of care does not.

Shipping Rates

Free worldwide shipping on every item. Delivery is included in the listed price — the price you see is the price you pay, with no shipping charge added at checkout. Items ordered together are shipped together in one package.

Delivery Time

We process and ship orders every weekend. Every item comes directly from its maker or our own Tokyo shop — genuine, officially sourced pieces, never resale.

• Kitsune masks (Komendo) — as an authorized Komendo retailer, we order your mask directly from the maker once a week. Your mask usually dispatches within 1–2 weeks. In the rare case the maker has no stock available, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund in our weekend processing.
• Paper craft kits (Hayashi Takeo) — kits in stock are dispatched in our weekend processing right after your order. If a kit is out of stock, it is freshly made by the maker and dispatches in about 2 weeks.
• That Face masks — made to order and typically dispatched within about 3 weeks.

Orders containing multiple items are shipped together once all items are ready. Transit time after dispatch is typically one to two weeks depending on the destination and customs processing. You will always receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves us.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your country. These charges are not included in the product price.

United States — we prepay U.S. import duties before shipping through Japan Post’s official duty-prepayment program (Zonos), so there is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.

All other destinations — any duties or fees are the responsibility of the recipient, and are typically collected by the delivery service or customs office at the time of delivery.

Customs policies vary widely by country — if you are unsure what to expect, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Tracking

All orders ship with tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
